Although it is primarily designed for tinnitus experts who provide clinical management services for patients with tinnitus, it is also open to people living with tinnitus and hyperacusis to learn about different clinical treatment interventions, different areas of research, and tools offered for tinnitus management. The conference does not offer individual diagnosis or treatment advice.

Invited presenters are from around the world and focus on understanding the mechanisms and problems of hearing, sleep, concentration, and thoughts/emotions. Updates on in-person and remote counseling are reviewed from different perspectives. Companies explain and demonstrate their latest approaches to wearables, and new approaches and research needs are discussed.
