Blueprint Solutions Announces Retirement of Henrik Nielsen; Promotions of Sunderji and Fritzke

EDEN PRAIRIE, MINN — Blueprint Solutions, a leading provider of software solutions for hearing healthcare, has announced that Henrik Nielsen, president of the company, will retire by January 20th, 2026, concluding a 16-year tenure marked by innovation, growth, and customer success.
During his time as President, Nielsen, together with his team, grew Blueprint Solutions’ presence into 25 markets. He will work closely with the leadership team to ensure a smooth transition.
The company also announced that Bridget Fritzke and Aleem Sunderji have both been promoted to Vice President and will step into dual leadership roles, effective January 20th. Bridget Fritzke brings 13 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, customer service, and training with Blueprint Solutions. Aleem Sunderji founded Blueprint Solutions in 2002 and is currently CTO.
