Starkey Celebrated at Minnesota Lynx Changemaker Night for Community Leadership and Partnership

EDEN PRAIRIE, MINN – As part of its ongoing commitment to supporting the communities it serves, Starkey was proud to be recognized during Changemaker Night at the Minnesota Lynx game on June 3 at Target Center. Starkey is a dedicated sponsor of the Lynx Changemakers platform—an innovative initiative designed to elevate women’s sports in Minnesota and empower the next generation of female leaders through purpose-driven partnerships and community impact.

Through its corporate social responsibility program, Starkey Cares, the global leader in hearing technology headquartered in Eden Prairie, Minnesota showcases its long-standing dedication to philanthropy, inclusion, and social responsibility.

With this partnership, Starkey joined forces with the Lynx and fellow Changemaker sponsors in supporting the platform’s inaugural Impact Partner, Girls Taking Action™, a Minneapolis-based nonprofit that helps equip girls with the tools, confidence, and support they need to thrive in school, careers, and life.

During the June 3 celebration, hundreds of Starkey employees and representatives from local nonprofit organizations were invited to attend the game in recognition of their contributions to the community. A special on-court ceremony honored Starkey and other Changemaker partners for their leadership, while Girls Taking Action received a financial gift from the platform to continue its critical work with young women across the region.

Through initiatives like Changemaker Night and programs like Starkey Cares, Starkey continues its mission to serve, connect, and inspire—both in the hearing health industry and in communities around the world.
