EDEN PRAIRIE, MINN — Audibel, a leading hearing care provider in the United States, has been named one of Newsweek’s America’s Best Customer Service 2026 award recipients. This recognition highlights Audibel’s unwavering commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and exceptional service experiences across its nationwide network of clinics.
The America’s Best Customer Service 2026 rankings, conducted by Newsweek in partnership with Statista, are based on an independent survey of more than 200,000 U.S. customer evaluations. Brands were assessed on likelihood of recommendation and multiple core service dimensions, including quality of communication, customer focus, professional competence, accessibility, and range of services.
Audibel’s recognition marks the third consecutive year the brand has been honored in the annual rankings, reflecting consistent performance and a sustained focus on delivering meaningful, high-quality patient experiences.
“This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the voices of the people we serve,” said Steve Olson, Managing Director of Audibel. “At Audibel, customer service isn’t a program—it’s a promise. Every interaction is grounded in listening, understanding, and delivering care with empathy, professionalism, and respect.”
