The 2026 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, January 6-9, offers an early look at the technology that may influence hearing healthcare in the year ahead. Based on the CES exhibitor directory and information released by manufacturers (websites, product pages, and news releases), this preview highlights a selection of exhibitors showcasing new OTC hearing aids and hearables, audio/captioning smart glasses, real-time transcription solutions, and key components and platforms powering modern hearing tech.

Jinghao is reported to have been the first 510K-listed OTC hearing aid manufacturer from China. Shokz bone-conduction open-ear technology is more geared toward the active-wear market (e.g., jogging, biking, etc.) and workers in loud environments, but it is well worth checking out—occupying the blurry middle ground of consumer audio and hearable technology.
